Someone called saying they were from Outreach, but when I asked more, they said they worked for Sky. Thing is, I’m only supposed to deal with Sky since that’s who I pay for the service. The bloke on the phone wasn’t exactly friendly either. Plus, the line kept cutting out, which isn’t great for a supposedly super fast internet. Maybe they should fix their own connection issues first.
