Fair Trade Practice seems like a proper company, but is this actually them ringing? I’d never trust a random cold call! You just can’t be sure these days. And definitely avoid calling back if it’s a missed call from a number you don’t recognise. That could end up causing problems. Just have a look at their official site. If you want to use their services, ring them straight away from the listed contacts. Otherwise, best to steer clear.

No need to panic or anything. It's the Fair Trade Practice, and they're proper legit. They actually helped me claim some money back from Lloyds Bank cause of missold PPI.
