Truly appalling. I inquired on three separate occasions as to the identity of the caller, only to find him engaging in an aggressive dialogue with a mate beside him. He then ended the call abruptly. Upon trying to ring back, I was met with a rather rude dismissal-though they phrased it in a somewhat courteous manner. Absolutely revolting!
