No message was left, it was just a straight call then dropped. I tried calling back, and heard a voice say it’d patch me through, but I ended up hanging up. After that, they rang me again but from another local number, 01329734839. Both numbers seem to be from my area.

Got a call from some National Workers Office about hearing loss compensation for factory workers. It was all unsolicited and sounded a bit dodgy, so it might just be a scam.

I got a call from someone with a northern accent claiming to be from the "National Worker's Office," asking to confirm if I'd been employed in the industry and wanted to speak to me by name. As soon as I told them I'm on the TPS, they just cut the call. Curious, I rang back to see if it was legit and asked them to remove me from their list. Then, about six hours later, they rang me once more, this time using the number 01329 734 839. Seems like they're either spoofing numbers or using local people to hassle folks with these annoying calls.
