Got a call supposedly from Openreach (BT), asking if my internet speed was alright. When I asked for his account info, he said he already had all my details. But then he kept calling me 'Ma'm', which made me think he didn’t actually know who I was. He wouldn’t give me any answers unless I responded to his questions first - he said “You asked first!” (bit funny really). After I told him my speed was fine, would you believe it? He just hung up on me! Definitely felt like a scam.
