Got one of those calls saying they’re from BT about my broadband again. Just yesterday I had a similar call but from another number. There’s always that awkward pause when you answer, then you hear some chatter in the background like a busy call centre. Then an Indian accent comes on, asks how you are and claims they're from BT. I usually just hang up, make a cuppa, and let them blether away on their own.
