somebody rang me saying they were from the consumer advice association, but turns out it’s just another hassle from timeshare people and claim hunters. honestly, why not just give them loads of calls? if they pick up, ask them straight away, “is this the consumer advice association?” and if they say yes, just say you’re after some advice - any advice, really, whatever they’ve got to offer.
