Someone called themselves James, claimed they were from some Green Eco place, and started asking about my loft insulation. They wanted to know if I owned the house, my age, and what kind of insulation I had up there. Turned out it was a bot, definitely a scam. Feels risky for anyone not paying close attention - could catch out anyone who isn’t careful.
