This one didn’t even get a chance to leave a message, which makes me think it’s one of those appliance insurance scams. When I asked which company it was, the name was totally unfamiliar. I told them they must have the wrong details, and when they pressed me on why I thought that, I just said I didn’t have any such policy and ended the call.2 monthsA number popped up that I didn't know so I ignored it at first, but after a few more calls I picked up. There was a lot of background noise like a call centre, and a woman with an Indian accent asked if she was speaking to the lady of the house. She didn’t know my actual name though. I asked who was calling, but her answer was muffled and something about an insurance policy for big household gadgets. Thing is, I don’t have any insurance for that stuff at all.
