Got a call from someone with an American accent warning me about strange charges on my credit card. I hung up before they could explain anything else, but it seems dodgy and probably a scam.

Lately, I've been getting calls from places like Edinburgh, London, and Huntingdon, all with the same recorded message from an American woman. She claims she's from security and warns about strange charges on my card for amounts of £700 and £2000. As soon as I hear that, I just end the call and block the number straight away.
