I've just received a rather puzzling message regarding an order with Dial-a-TV, which I never actually placed. They’ve asked me to ring them at 01487 772329 to chat about order number DTV658321, but the thing is, I don't recall ordering anything at all! How strange!

We seem to be receiving daily calls from this number during our office hours. It's quite frustrating, as they never leave a message. After a bit of digging, we've figured out that it belongs to a company named Dial-a-TV. Apparently, someone's put us down as a reference without even asking us first! When we pointed out that it would be rather polite to at least leave a voicemail, they responded with an unapologetic "that's not our practice." We then kindly suggested they take a hike!
