A random person phoned me, saying they were from the fraud team, telling me to press one to stop two payments taken from my account, or press two to talk to someone. They asked for my name, which I gave, then wanted my date of birth. I asked them to provide more info about me first, and suddenly the line went dead. Seems like a pretty sneaky scam to me. I tried ringing the number again but got a message saying it wasn’t a valid number.
