getting calls from this number at least thrice daily now. if they really wanted to reach me, they’d probably leave a voicemail or something. pretty sure it’s just another annoying scam. i’ve gone ahead and blocked the number.

01487 473627 keeps ringing me non-stop and it’s driving me mad. Our area code is 01487, but I doubt this call is actually from around here. We’ve seen local-looking numbers before, only to find out they’re from totally different parts of the country. This one phones several times every day, but when I try to answer, no one’s ever there. I even called back in secret, blocking my number, and a robotic voice said something about being called by “I1” or something like that. No clue who they are, but honestly, it’s really frustrating. Feels like just another dodgy scam tactic to me.

I received a call from this number, and the caller claimed they were associated with a firm called ‘… legal’ - unfortunately, I didn’t quite catch the beginning of the name. They mentioned that I’d supposedly reported a minor car accident. When I asked for details on when this allegedly occurred, they mentioned 'in the last year'. I had to tell him that I haven't reported anything like that in over a year. Before I could get any further clarification, he abruptly hung up on me. He had a bit of a northern accent, I must say!
