6 yearsJust a heads up about bank card scams. Got a recorded call saying £399 was about to be taken from my account, and it asked me to press 1 to confirm or something else to talk to an operator. I didn’t press any buttons or say anything, just ended the call straight away. After that, I used 1572 to block and report the number. Half an hour later, I rang my bank to check, and they confirmed it was a scam - no money was owed and they said they hadn’t called me at all.
