Absolutely no clue what he was flogging, especially since he was just going on and on. Can't imagine how he figures anyone would listen when he’s so rude. They asked for his full name, address, phone number, account number and even his bank details. Luckily, my dad in law was clever and just ended the call - if he’d given them that info, they could’ve easily taken money from his account by just lowering his direct debit. He already knew my name and where I lived but kept pushing for my bank info to set up this “special discounted BT offer”.
