I just got a weird call from someone pretending to be BT, using a robotic voice telling me my internet would be disconnected in an hour and to press 1 to call them back. Obviously, I didn’t press 1, thinking it would probably connect me to an expensive phone number. I don’t get how they manage to reach so many different phones though, it’s like the same scam is happening on loads of numbers all around!
