Got a call from someone saying they were with Virgin, but they kicked off with “good morning ma’am,” which Virgin never does - they always get straight to the point. I asked the bloke for his name and address so I could report him to the Police, but he replied in a really angry way (couldn't make out what he said because of his thick accent) and then just hung up. I’d say this call’s dodgy, definitely a scam, and I’m worried that an elderly person might fall for it.
