Got another one of those recorded messages claiming BT’s about to cut off my broadband - just press 1 if you want to. Yeah right, as if! Not as irritating as that awkward American voice saying the same thing, but still a real pain. I’ve got both BT broadband and a BT landline, so you’d think they’d sort out these annoying calls by now. Plus, my BT Call Protect is jammed with these rubbish numbers, so I have to go through a tedious hassle deleting the oldest before adding the latest nuisance. Seriously BT, do something about this - your customers are getting seriously fed up!
