Got a robotic call saying it was from Visa fraud department, no bank name mentioned anywhere. Felt dodgy for sure.

Got a message on my phone about a supposed transaction of £300 being taken from my Visa card. It sounded robotic, so I just ended the call straight away. Later I checked with my bank, and there was nothing wrong at all. Pretty sure it was just another scam trying to scare me.

Got a call from an automated voice claiming to be Visa, saying there were two charges on my account - one to Amazon, another to Western Union. It told me to press 1 for assistance. Honestly, this is a total fraud attempt. Don’t even think about pressing any buttons, just hang up straight away.

They asked me for my full name and date of birth, but I refused. I've had scams like this happen to me before. The person claimed they were from Visa and said UK law required me to hand over those details. I just kept telling them no and asked for the name of the bank involved. I said I'd contact the bank myself to sort it out.
