someone rang me saying they were from talk talk, then passed me over to a 'senior technician' who repeated the same story. they claimed there were fault reports regarding my internet and said if I used a laptop or pc, they could help fix it. i told them twice I don’t have a laptop or computer and they just hung up. this feels like a scam to me, otherwise they wouldn't have ended the call so quickly. the accents sounded like they were from somewhere in the far east, English was really broken and hard to understand. does anyone know how to block these types of calls?
