Just had a rather bothersome phone call, filled with nonsense! It seems like my broadband is going to be cut off soon—within 10 hours, if I’m not mistaken. Can’t figure out how they even got hold of my postcode! Total cheek!

I received a rather dubious call from someone who claimed to be Alex, supposedly associated with BT. He stated that my internet connection is apparently being exploited for illicit activities and was on the verge of being cut off. It’s quite amusing how quickly the tone changed once I mentioned my background in cyber security!

I had a rather frustrating experience with a chap claiming to be an Indian BT engineer named Alex. The conversation felt very suspicious, with the dialogue repeatedly cutting out as if it were a recording. When I pressed him on my inquiries, he dodged my questions and ultimately cut the call. It’s clearly a scam, pure and simple, and I’ve had enough of it!

I couldn’t quite catch a name, but the sequence was precisely identical to previous calls I've received.
