Just a little while ago, I received a call from this number. It appeared to be a pre-recorded message delivered by a chap with a British accent, claiming to be from Customs and Excise. He mentioned something about tax warrants issued in my name and urged me to press 1 if I wished to resolve the matter. The implication was that failure to do so would result in my imminent arrest! I hung up immediately.
