Got a call from some Indian scammers pretending to be British Telecom. It started with a dodgy recorded voice in poor English saying my phone was involved in some illegal activity and to press 1 or 2. No matter which button you choose, you get passed to some moron reading a script saying it’s not my fault, it’s some fake hackers messing with my line. They try to convince you by showing some bogus “evidence” like getting you to run Netstat, then insist on hooking up to your PC via remote access to nick your personal and bank details. Total scam, watch out!
