I got a ring from this number just yesterday, and they claimed to be from telephone preference. I had seen this number pop up a couple times before, so I was cautious. The last time they called, they tried to get me to verify my bank details, which I obviously didn't do. Honestly, if this number ever calls you, watch out and make sure to block it - it's not to be trusted.
