I reckon this was a scam. The caller claimed to be from Sky, talking about some coverage problems. She said lots of customers were having issues and insisted bills wouldn’t be going up, then asked for my email. My number is linked with a few other folks, and we have a different account manager. She kept pressing for the account holder’s number, which surely she should already have. When I asked her to verify the last four digits of the account, she couldn’t do it. Seems like a typical scam call to me.
