I haven't received any notifications whatsoever. I tried to hang up right after I heard that peculiar beep, but the same number rang me back moments later, just like before. It's quite baffling, really!

Received a call for the second time within two days, claiming to have an important message. It's quite bothersome, to say the least.

It appears we've got another one from Hillside. They claimed that the Halifax attempted to send us some correspondence, which, unsurprisingly, came back undelivered. They referenced one of our previous addresses and asked for verification of our current one, which they clearly have wrong. We attempted to call them back, but lo and behold-no response at all! I'm quite convinced this is a scam, especially since the Halifax already has our proper address on file. I've gone ahead and notified the Halifax fraud team about this incident, just to be on the safe side.

I didn’t receive any message via post. When I tried to call, it got cut off shortly after the tune of “Greensleeves” played. I redialled and faced the same situation again.
