Be wary of this dubious number! They pretend to represent a seemingly legitimate company and pitch a rather convincing service that makes you think it’s all above board. Sadly, it's anything but genuine. They might not set up a direct debit, but still manage to siphon funds from your account. I regularly receive alerts from my bank about transactions, and one day, I noticed a charge of £129.99 made to something called DL Insurance. Naturally, I was baffled - who on earth are they? After reaching out to my bank, I found myself dealing with another unwarranted withdrawal of the same amount soon after. It didn’t take long to uncover that this firm was indeed a scam, cleverly taking money whenever they fancied. Luckily, I managed to retrieve all my funds and cancel those pesky transactions. Stay vigilant!

They could be a real company but they really dont get when to lay off calling. Ive had calls from them 6 times spread out over 3 days, so now theyre on my block list. I never agreed for my number to be used for any kind of research. Thats that.

Looks like we've got ourselves one of those market research outfits, the legitimate kind! However, as with any caller probing for information, it’s wise to be cautious, as it could very well turn into a phishing attempt. Best to block this number to be safe! It’s such a shame that these days we can’t rely on cold callers-every genuine call risks being overlooked and missed. Quite often, even honest business numbers get mislabelled as scams on platforms like this. Isn’t it about time the government got its act together and made sure the telecom industry rolled out Caller ID Authentication across the board? And if everyone took a moment to report scammy calls to the police via the ‘action fraud’ site, we might just see a reduction in these pesky problems.

No idea who that was but I never pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise, it's getting ridiculous! We really need proper caller ID. Also should be some serious rules to keep those unwanted biz calls in check, like the people who just knock on your door - total pain and sometimes even a bit unsafe.
