Somebody phoned claiming to be from Virgin's tech support, saying my internet was having issues. I said it was working perfectly, but she insisted "it might look okay, but it’s not." Then she asked what colour the router light was and offered a few choices, none of which was amber, which is actually what mine usually shows. That’s when I realised it was a dodgy call.
