There was a rather condescending tone from the caller, and they seemed utterly indifferent to the issues I'm facing, which has left me feeling rather diminished as a person. She mentioned the rising energy prices this month and wanted to come into my home to do an inspection. I haven’t received any letter from Kirklees Council about this or anything similar.
