On 4th February 2021, I got a call from the number (01484 009761). They claimed to be from HMRC and said I needed to press 1 to speak to someone because there was a fraud investigation against me. They warned that if I didn’t press 1, I’d face an arrest warrant. It seemed fishy since HMRC wouldn’t normally call from a strange number starting with 0 like that. Obviously a scam, so I ignored it and definitely didn’t press any buttons.
