I told him I don't even own the house here, but he just kept ringing. Total scam alert. First time he called, he was trying to sell me some government scheme for free loft insulation, which I thought was a joke given all the gov funds are tied up because of Covid! These scammers are just out to rob people blind by any means. Watch out, folks!

Claimed to be from the National Energy Agency and mentioned my loft insulation is "outdated" and needs changing. I'm based in Wolverhampton, nowhere near Guildford! I just ended the call.
