I chose not to pick up and after having a quick look here, saw some earlier posts about it being a scam. I've blocked the number now.

Got a robo call pretending to be TalkTalk, saying my internet’s gonna get cut off - problem is, I’m not even a TalkTalk customer! The number they called from looked fake, probably spoofed or something dodgy. Avoid answering these dodgy calls!

definitely a scam, these people arent from talk talk at all. they just wanna steal your info, so best to hang up quick and call talk talk yourself to alert them about the number. talk talk never calls customers with recorded messages, its always a real person. these scammers are terrible, wish they got proper punishment. 01839 428417 is another one linked to the same scam.
