Got a ring from this number with some bloke claiming to be Mark from a windows company. Just a heads up, be cautious. Funny thing is, the next day it was nearly the same number but the last digit ended with a 2.

This bloke kept ringing my elderly neighbour over and over. Initially, he said it was about her windows. She's been hassled loads with cold calls recently, so she just told him to “bugger off” and ended the call. Then he called again, claiming he wasn’t a cold caller, but she made it clear she didn’t want to hear from him and asked him to stop calling. When she warned she'd report him to the police, he taunted her, saying, “Go on then, do it now while I’m still on the line.” She hung up, but he carried on ringing for about ten minutes straight after that.
