Got a call a little while ago, like always I hung on till they started talking and then just went dead silent. If it's some HMRC debt people, they must be chasing someone else, probably an old tenant. The number showed up as coming from Guildford in Surrey.

They claimed to be from HMRC and wanted my details, but I didn't end up sharing everything. I'm still not sure who exactly it was.

They called saying they were from some consultancy and then suddenly asked for ID to verify me. Later found out they were actually a debt collector working for HMRC. Very dodgy!
