She claimed to be representing a government body concerning hazardous roof insulation and inquired if I wanted someone to assess my roof space. I mentioned that I would consult my son before making any decisions. After her thanks, I promptly ended the conversation.

Got a call on 27/11/23 from some lot trying to scam me about my loft insulation. They had no clue about my house, yet insisted the insulation was dangerous and had to come out because it was supposedly carcinogenic. Absolute rubbish! These people are total cheats and con artists.
