If there was anything of significance, they ought to have left a voicemail. They've rang me multiple times, so I'm inclining towards thinking it's either a scam or perhaps they've purchased some outdated debt.

Received a dodgy call purportedly from a partner of O2. The individual on the line was exceedingly rude and aggressive.

They pretended to represent O2 only to slyly let slip that they were EMC or some other firm handling O2 contracts for them. When I replied that I wasn’t keen on dealing with a third party, considering I've got all I require on the O2 app, I was met with a barrage of insults and a rather rude question about what I was thinking! Absolutely dreadful individuals and a real risk to those who are vulnerable.

Claiming to be representatives of o2 – it’s nothing but a total con!

Received a call that claimed to be from O2 regarding a mobile phone plan, and shortly after, I got an email from Plan.com inviting me to sign up. Clearly, it wasn’t actually O2 reaching out. Definitely feels like a scam or some shady business if you ask me!
