Had a guy claiming to be a BT Openreach technician ring me up, but he couldn’t even answer the most basic questions I threw at him. Proper confused the whole time!

I called the so-called technical support number and asked them a couple of times how I could be sure it was genuine, and they just ended the call on me. Total rubbish.
