I received a rather curious call from an individual purporting to offer a reduction on my phone plan. I've never encountered the company he was associated with before, and he claimed to have performed a line check in mere seconds-hardly plausible if you ask me! I find it hard to believe he could ascertain my eligibility for the package in such a brief moment. Naturally, I declined his offer. Oddly enough, as I pen this, I've just been interrupted by yet another call from the same number, but this time it's a different chap altogether. Quite the coincidence, isn’t it?
