Hello there, I’m Jenny reaching out from the Microsoft Tech Support team! Now, I couldn’t help but notice she had quite a thick Indian accent, and honestly, I was sceptical the moment she introduced herself as 'Jenny'. It’s the same old ruse to wreak havoc on your computer and line their pockets by pretending to fix it thereafter. You’d think by this stage they would’ve upped their game or at least crafted a more imaginative approach!

What an incessant bunch! These callers seem to have made it their mission to harass us weekly, yet they never actually manage to reach us thanks to our call screening service, Ring Guardian. I truly appreciate the heads-up about their identity. We shall continue to disregard these nuisances!

Received a call the other day-no message was left. Then, just today, it rang again. This time, we answered, and lo and behold, it was the classic "I'm calling from Windows regarding your computer" scam!
