So, I got a call from someone saying she was Jenny from Microsoft's tech support, but I've heard this one before. The woman had a thick Indian accent and I just couldn't buy it from the start. It's the typical trick where they try to hack into your computer and then charge you to sort it out. Seriously, you'd think after all this time they'd have a better story or at least think of a new angle.

What an incessant bunch! These callers seem to have made it their mission to harass us weekly, yet they never actually manage to reach us thanks to our call screening service, Ring Guardian. I truly appreciate the heads-up about their identity. We shall continue to disregard these nuisances!

Received a call the other day-no message was left. Then, just today, it rang again. This time, we answered, and lo and behold, it was the classic "I'm calling from Windows regarding your computer" scam!
