I bought a birthday present from Gift a Plant online and it never showed up. I tried calling their number but it just kept ringing with no answer. Feels like a total scam to me - best to stay away!

I got this automated call saying BT was going to disconnect my internet and landline. They told me to press a certain number for help, but I can’t recall which one. The weird thing is, I don’t even have BT as my provider.

Within about ten minutes, this number rang me three times and my phone showed it as a possible scam. When I looked it up, turns out it's linked to a designer kitchen store. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.
