This number has been incessantly bombarding me with calls.

In my small town, this number has called a couple of older folks. One of them, who struggles with hearing, got calls they believed were from scammers but couldn't really give much info. The other person has been getting loads of silent rings. Seems a bit dodgy to me, but it could just be typical annoying cold calls.
