Got a call just like the one someone else mentioned, supposedly from BT Openreach. I didn’t bother and just ended the call. Then, weirdly, the same bloke phoned me again but from a totally different number 01392446391.

I got a call from a bloke speaking with a pretty heavy Indian accent, and you could hear loads of background noise like a busy call centre. He said he was from BT Openreach’s tech team, but never used my name, which seemed off since I’ve dealt with them lately. When I tried ringing that number back, it just said ‘number not recognised’ so it’s definitely a dodgy number, not BT Openreach for sure. Best to ignore calls like this!
