Got a call asking for a ‘Mr Marshall’, seemed like they were trying to figure out if i was single or widowed, probably to spot someone easy to scam. I’m a retired divorcee and told them i’d prefer my daughter to be around before agreeing to anything. They keep ringing even tho I ignore them. They’ve also used numbers like 07749987607 and 07762129312. Thankfully my daughter picked up once and let them know i wasn’t home.

Got a call about loft insulation, saying the gov had supposedly downgraded fibre loft stuff and offered a no-cost checkup. Sounds a lot like other dubious calls I've seen on here, so I'm marking it as quite dodgy.
