I've been receiving silent calls from this number, leaving me utterly bewildered as to who they might be. I've gone ahead and blocked them with my V202 now, so that's sorted!

I got one of those TalkTalk flyers through the post and decided to call them for more details since the leaflet was pretty vague. When I finally got through, the person on the other end was one of the least helpful people I’ve ever spoken to. Every time I asked a straightforward question, she dodged it and seemed reluctant to give me any proper answers. After a few minutes of this, I just said thanks and ended the call. Now they’re ringing me up more than once, probably trying to push me to sign up. Honestly, if that’s how their customer service is, I’m steering well clear. Good service matters a lot to me, and TalkTalk’s approach definitely turned me off.
