I recently reached out to TalkTalk after spotting one of their promotional leaflets. However, their leaflets were rather lacking in details about their services, so I thought a phone call would shed some light. To my dismay, I ended up speaking to someone who was decidedly unhelpful. It felt as though she was doing her utmost to dodge my queries, and when I sought further clarification, her reluctance to provide the information I needed was quite evident. Ultimately, I decided to end the conversation and bid her farewell. Now, unsurprisingly, they’re attempting to get in touch, likely hoping to persuade me to sign up. However, that initial experience with their customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth.
