I reckon the previous commenter got confused or maybe they dialled the wrong number. "Flex Technology" is actually a firm from Abingdon. Sounds like this is another one of those dodgy calls from Benefits UK. BT's actually whitelisted this number or something ‘cause their Call Protect service is blocking it for all users, so clearly it's a rubbish number.

I received a phone call from someone who actually referenced my name and postcode, asking if the details were accurate. Stupidly, I confirmed it and inquired what the call was about, but by then, she had already hung up. Now I’ll be on high alert for any dodgy letters that might come through my letterbox-or, heaven forbid, anything worse.

I keep gettin calls from 01482893265, often really early in the morning. The person on the other end speaks with a pretty strong Asian accent. The last time I answered, I asked the lady why she keeps ringin me, and she got all defensive, askin why I was shouting before suddenly hanging up on me!

Got calls at 12.05 and again at 2.45, just let it ring a bunch of times and didn’t answer. All I got was silence before they ended the call. Honestly, I’m so done with these so-called Benefits UK, U Benefits, and all those alike. It’s about time someone caught them and slapped them with a big fine.

I get calls from this number multiple times daily. Sometimes it’s just dead silent on the other end, other times you can hear a bunch of people chatting like it’s from a call centre. Got a call from a guy with a strong accent saying he was with some sort of UK benefits office and needed me to answer a couple of questions. I told him straight away I'm signed up with TPF and asked him where he got my number from, but he just brushed it off and kept insisting he had just a few questions. I told him I’d be reporting the number, and just as I ended the call, I swear I caught him mutter, “It’s fine” or something like that.
