Got another call this week from a number leaving a message about suspicious credit card activity. Said there were two charges - one £300 payment to Amazon and another over £1000 for some money transfer, both supposedly unusual for the card. The message told me to press 1 if I recognised the transactions or 2 to speak to an agent if not. It was just a robotic voice, no actual person, and it never said which credit card it was or whose card it supposedly belonged to in the house. Felt a bit dodgy, to be honest.
