SCAM ALERT. Got an automated message saying there were two strange charges coming out of my account. One was £300 for Amazon, the other something like £1100 for a foreign money transfer. The voice gave me two options: press 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to support. I ignored it altogether and just blocked the number. These people have no shame, nothing but thieves!
