11 yearsOn 24th October 2015, I got a call from this number, but when I picked up, it just went dead. I used 1471 to identify it and found out it’s from the Hull area, specifically Kingston Communication, not BT. We were actually waiting on some pals from Canada who were meant to ring us while staying in Hull. However, when I tried calling back, the recording said the number was unrecognised. BT was contacted and after about 40 minutes on the phone, they informed me there was a fault at the Exchange affecting my line and an engineer would be sent out. They gave me a reference number - VOL No. 012-113205293664.
