I got a call from 01482 692168, picked up and the caller just hung up straight away, so I blocked that number. Then I got another call from 0121 8207804, and the person on the line was really rude. I’ve blocked this one too now. Honestly, when will these annoying calls be stopped for good?

Everytime I pick up, the answering machine just kicks in. The scammers ended up hanging the phone up.

Usually I don't pick up calls from auto diallers. Most of the time they are scammers or at the very least unwanted calls, and they can be quite risky. When I do answer, there's often just silence on the other end. Definitely best to avoid them.

Beware of this lot! They’re a commission-driven sales outfit peddling utility goods that seem fishy at best. I’d tread cautiously here, as it all feels like a right con job!
