A lady rang me up, wanting to speak to my missus - it's always the same, isn't it? Her English was rather hard to follow. She claimed to be from the Telephone Preference Service, supposedly checking in about unwanted calls. I couldn’t help but ask her why she felt the need to call me, if that was the case, and then I just ended the conversation. Quite ridiculous, really!
